Care Instructions for Printed Apparel and Tote Bags
We put a lot of time and effort into creating the perfect custom designs for you. We want you to know how to take care of your purchase in the best way possible!
We use high-quality inks that won’t fade for a long time if taken care of properly. We suggest following these special care instructions to ensure your printed items look and feel great.
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
Printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print and shrinking of the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Our White Glossy Mugs and White Ceramic Mugs with Color Inside are microwave and dishwasher safe.

T-shirt Sizing Chart: T-shirt purchases are non-returnable. Because all items are custom made on demand, we do not offer size exchanges, returns or refunds on our t-shirts. Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the expected delivery date.
Custom Orders Are Welcome: Ask an artist! For a free design consultation, email a short description of your project to our designer Lisa. Custom orders are priced per project, a $100.00 minimum applies. Upon your approval the order must be paid in full including packing and shipping. Please allow 6 or more weeks, depending on the size of your project, for fabrication and delivery. Custom orders are non-refundable. Custom orders are not returnable. If an item arrives damaged please contact us within 1 week of the delivery date for the best way to proceed.
